the brief
We were approached by the main contractor with the task of providing an efficient and bespoke open plan office space. The fitout consisted of a full Cat B refurbishment, as well as partial reconfiguration of the existing space, to suit the company’s occupational requirements.

our solution

Our main focus was to provide an office space which stayed true to the architect drawings, bringing elaborate ideas to reality. We aimed to deliver a sleek and orderly working area, with a focus on privacy and comfortability.

To do this, we used solid partitions to build up from the RAF to the slab, using RW45 to fill in the floor void. This ensured our enclosures performed outstandingly with noise reduction and privacy.

We also used 12.8mm Acoustic single glazing to further maintain the acoustic requirements, whilst still providing a modern and presentable workspace, without the need for any shortcuts or variations that strayed from the architect’s design.
